Strengthening Collaboration for the Development of the Built Environment

On February 22, 2023 (Wed), Cindy Wong and Shalenny Carino from L2 i-CON, along with Catherine Eu from Legal Plus, paid a courtesy visit to the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Malaysia. The delegation was hosted by CIOB Malaysia’s President, Ts. Ho Chee Leong, Vice President Administration Wong Khin Yip, and Council members Ts. Ahmad Zalane Alias, Dr. Tan Hai Chen, and Ng Tek Wei.

During the visit, we congratulated Datuk Seri Michael Yam on becoming the 119th president of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) for 2022 and 2023. He is the first Malaysian and second Asian to hold this prestigious role at the UK-based body, which was established 188 years ago. Cindy also expressed her gratitude on behalf of L2 i-CON and Legal Plus for CIOB’s unwavering support for our past events in Malaysia and the Middle East region.

Our team is eager to strengthen our collaboration with CIOB and contribute to the development of the built environment.
