About The Conference

With immense pride and enthusiasm, we introduce to you our inaugural Borneo ADR Week, which is set to take place in the enchanting city of Kuching, Sarawak, from 15 to 19 July 2024. This event marks the beginning of a new era in the world of ADR for the Borneo region. Borneo ADR Week promises to be an extraordinary experience, offering a unique platform for ADR communities, legal professionals, construction experts, industry leaders, and organisations to come together and explore the latest developments, strategies, and insights in ADR.

Our flagship event, the Construction Claims and ADR Conference Sabah & Sarawak 2024 will take place on Day 5 of Borneo ADR Week. Together with us, we have several participating institutions and organisations hosting some interesting sessions on Day 1 to Day 4 of the Borneo ADR Week. The highly anticipated Construction Claims and ADR Conference Sabah and Sarawak, following the unprecedented success of last year’s event, will be held on the 5th day of the Borneo ADR Week 2024 (BAW) in Kuching.
