The nine organisations cited their commitment to supporting AIAC in the development of ADR in Malaysia
On 28 March 2023 (Tuesday), a group of nine (9) esteemed organizations from the ADR community gathered at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) for a warm and engaging joint-congratulatory session with Datuk Professor Sundra Rajoo.
The organizations present at this gathering were the Chartered Association of Building Engineers Malaysia Chapter (CABE), the Sports Law Association of Malaysia (SLAM), The Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Malaysia (CIArb), the Chartered Institute of Building Malaysia (CIOB) Malaysia, Society of Construction Law Malaysia (SCL Malaysia), Association of Construction Project Managers Malaysia (ACPM), L2 i-CON International, and Legal Plus.
Together, these organizations extend their heartfelt congratulations to Datuk Professor Sundra Rajoo on his appointment as Director of AIAC. They have complete faith in his leadership and believe that under his guidance, AIAC will continue to flourish and provide outstanding arbitration and ADR services.
As representatives of the ADR community, these organizations remain steadfast in their commitment to supporting AIAC in the development of ADR in Malaysia. They are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and look forward to collaborating with AIAC to promote the growth of ADR in the region.
