Lam Wai Loon is an Advocate & Solicitor in Malaysia, a Chartered Arbitrator (CIArb, UK) and is a qualified adjudicator under the Malaysian Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (“CIPA Act 2012”). Wai Loon is the immediate Past President of the Malaysian Society of Adjudicators, Past President of the Society Construction Law, Malaysia and Past Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Malaysia Branch. He has authored and co-authored various legal publications including the text on adjudication law titled ‘Construction Adjudication In Malaysia’ (2nd Edition, Sweet & Maxwell, 2018).
